There are no refunds for upgrade payments.

3.2. Automatic Renewal

Your Upgrade subscription will automatically renew unless you notify Quantabit before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel it, in which case you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such Upgrade (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. Upgrades can be canceled at any moment from your site’s dashboard’s Upgrades section.

3.3 Refund Policy

All sales are final, and no refunds are given for any products or services offered, unless stated otherwise at the explicit discretion of Quantabit. Any sales made through the Quantabit Marketplace are subject to their individual owners’ refund policies.

  5. Representation and Warranty in General

You guarantee and signify that

 

  1.     you will use the Website in strict compliance with the Quantabit Privacy Policy, this Agreement, and all applicable laws and regulations (including, without limitation, any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and
