Refund Policy

 

Our refund policy was created to specify the circumstances under which Quantabit will issue a refund, the procedure for requesting a refund, and Quantabit responsibilities in the event of such a claim. By enrolling for any of our services, you are indicating that you accept and agree to the refund policy’s terms and conditions.

Coverage & Scope

  • Our refund policy covers the refunds by Quantabit and/or a website/mobile application/software owned and managed by Quantabit.
  • This policy does not apply to companies that are not owned or controlled by Quantabit Infosys, or to employees or managers who are not employed or managed by Quantabit. This includes any contract-bound third-party service and/or product suppliers, as well as any third-party websites linked from Quantabit’s website.

Filing a Complaint

  • This policy does not apply to companies that are not owned or controlled by Quantabit, or to employees or managers who are not employed or managed by Quantabit.   • Our ultimate goal is to find a solution that is acceptable to both parties. Even if you are disappointed and consider demanding a refund, we respectfully suggest that you take the time to write to us at [email protected] for a last discussion before claiming a refund.
  • Only if we are unable to reach a common ground with you after talks should a refund claim be filed.

Eligibility for refund

Every project is essential to us at Quantabit, and we ensure that each one is handled with the highest attention and expertise. Our goal is to deliver the outcomes in accordance with the proposal’s terms and circumstances. However, if a client is dissatisfied with the outcomes and wishes to pursue a dispute resolution procedure, we will consider refund claims in accordance with the following program, which clearly lists our services and refund policies for each service:

  • Website Development
  • Website Designing & Re-designing
  • Mobile Application Development
  • Graphic designing

 

 

Delivery Time

  • Full refund: If the project has not yet begun. The Full Return policy will begin after the upfront payment date is received, and it will take at least 45 working days to process the refund.
  • Partial refund: The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed and the time passed by. If the time period is over 3 weeks since the start of working no refund will be given.
  • No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server.

Website design / Graphic design

  • Full refund: In cases where the project has not been started.
  • Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style (based on the agreement of delivery time). The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.
  • No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server.

Web development

  • Full refund: If the project has not been initiated.
  • There is an agreement for every web development project. However, if there is no agreement and no clear discussion of refund policy, the following delivery policy will hold true.
  • A partial refund will be issued as per the judgment of the service provider if we fail to complete the project in accordance with the delivery policy and contract of agreement. The amount will be calculated by Quantabit taking into account the proportion of the project completed and the proportion yet to be completed as per the pre-defined scope of the project.

NOTE: Quantabit’s delivery commitment is subject to:

  • Full refund: If the project has not been initiated by the developer/designer/content writer/SEO expert or any other resource and/or staff.
  • Proportionate refund: In accordance with the amount of work done till the time client decides to cancel the order.
  • No refund: For the time that the services have already been provided. If the client is not satisfied with any level of work, he must immediately bring it to the notice of our project manager and ask for any discounts for the work loss. Any negotiations at a later date will not be entertained.

N.B.- All conditions are subject to change according to the agreement between Quantabit and the Client.

Applicability of the Delivery Policy

NOTE: Quantabit’s delivery commitment is subject to:

  • A project is not taken to be void unless the agreed-upon payments are clear.
  • If the needed information for the effective execution of the project is not provided to us on time, the refund policy will not apply. Quantabit cannot be held responsible for any delays or failures in project completion caused by the client’s lack of communication.
  • Quantabit is not obligated to follow through on its delivery or refund commitments if the information given by the customer is incomplete and/or complete information regarding the project is not provided at the start of the project.
  • Unless and until an agreement is made with a penalty clause for delivery delay, there is no provision for compensation for delivery delays under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Quantabit’s responsibility is limited to the value of the portion of the project (as per our proposal) that is still unfinished at any given time. Quantabit is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of the services supplied/not delivered, or any delays in the same, at any time. Only if the project has been canceled by the customer and the cancellation has been reported to Quantabit in writing is the client liable for reimbursement.

Processing of Refunds

Within 45 working days after the date of cancellation, partial refunds will be processed and mailed and will be made using the payment method agreed upon at the start of the project. Full refunds will be processed and mailed within 30 working days after the cancellation date and will be made using the payment method agreed upon at the start of the project.

Changes

Quantabit has the right to change this policy at any time and without notice at its sole discretion. As a result, you should examine this policy on a regular basis. Your continuing use of the Quantabit website following any such adjustments produces up your acceptance of the changes.
